Fee once deposited, is non refundable under any circumstances.

School fees will be deposited at Allahabad Bank, Nicholson Road, Ambala Cantt after producing 'Fee Card'.

Name of the student will be struck off if the fee is not deposited by 15th date of the third month of every trimester.

A sum of Rs. 20/- will be charged for the issue of duplicate fee card at the office counter.

For discontinuing School Van, at least one month notice is required.

Mobiles are banned inside school premises. If found, Rs. 500/- fine will be imposed.

Security refund can be claimed within 03 months after taking School Leaving Certificate. Afterwards, it will be deposited in DAVCMC Account.

School Leaving Certificate will be issued only if one month notice is given otherwise the fee upto the month of issuing SLC will be charged.
