“Well begun is half done”. The morning assembly is the favourite event of the day. Students stand straight in rows and in full discipline. Uniforms are checked. Prayers and thanks giving to God is done with full dedication. Morning Assembly is organised by the House on Assembly duty in co-ordination with the Music Department.Bhajans, DAV Gaan and Shabads are sung.It provides a platform to each & every student for public speaking.News is read, stories of great leaders and thinkers are told, each special day of importance is celebrated, speeches are delivered,questions based on current news are put forward to the students and incentives are given to the best speakers.It is a house wise event that removes stage fear of all children and aid in the all around development of each student. “National Anthem” is sung in union in the end.
